Chief Engineer
Take the lead in managing all building systems and maintenance operations for a large-scale hospitality property. This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for an experienced facilities professional ready to drive safety, efficiency, and team performance.
Compensation & Benefits :
- Salary range : $90,000–$110,000 , based on experience

Requirements & Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management or 5–7 years of relevant experienceStrong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systemsLeadership experience managing a maintenance or engineering teamFamiliarity with CAD, MS Office , and maintenance tracking systemsAbility to respond to emergencies and lead crisis managementCertifications (or willingness to obtain) : OSHA 30, EPA, PMPMust Haves :
Lead preventive maintenance and capital projectsManage compliance , safety inspections, and building code requirementsOversee and develop a team of maintenance techniciansCoordinate with vendors, monitor contracts and work ordersMaintain all critical building systems : fire / life safety, HVAC, water treatment, electricalPreferred Background :
Experience in hospitality or mixed-use commercial facilitiesKnowledge of environmental compliance and energy-saving technologiesStrong vendor management and budget oversight skillsHands-on problem solver with excellent communication abilities
