Responsibilities

What You Will Do

• Transports patients in agency vehicle to other program sites, appointments, or within the community, etc.
• Picks up and delivers supplies from vendors, other sites, etc. as needed.
• Transports staff to other sites as needed.
• Research and plan for traffic, construction, and weather delays.
• Observes all traffic and vehicle operation laws towards to ensure safe and legal operation of agency vehicles.
• Maintains and updates Vehicle Trip Logs on a daily basis.
• Follows agency vehicle emergency procedures in case of an accident.
• Inspects vehicles prior to use in order following agency vehicle checklist to ensure that they are maintained in a safe and efficient operating condition.
• Demonstrates a professional standard of conduct in representing agency out in the community.
