Description : The Senior Project / Construction Manager will be responsible for the coordination and management of construction projects from inception to completion including drainage systems, utility installation, grading, and paving on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards. This includes developing project plans, overseeing construction activities, ensuring project milestones are met, managing budgets, and liaising with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Lead all phases of civil infrastructure projects from planning to closeout ensuring completion on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

Oversee design and construction for drainage, utility, grading, and paving projects, ensuring compliance with engineering specifications, codes, and safety regulation.

Manage project budgets, schedules, and cost controls, including forecasting, change management, and financial reporting to meet performance targets.

Review and approve design plans, construction documents, and field modifications for technical accuracy and constructability.

Job Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in construction preferred.

Minimum 5 years of project manager experience

Civil construction experience mandatory

Job Type : Direct Hire

Shift / Schedule : Monday-Friday, 7 : 00am-5 : 00pm
