Senior Solutions Analyst, Motion Pictures Monetization — Warner Bros. Discovery
WBD Monetization Technology team is looking for a Sr. Solutions Analyst with problem solving, business process analysis, functional design, and client relationship skills to deliver and support solutions for the Motion Pictures division.
Responsibilities
- Lead techno-functional product workstreams; gather business needs and requirements; design and evaluate solutions and support their implementation.
- Provide operational support and ensure quality of solution delivery across Motion Pictures monetization solutions portfolio; participate in planning, design, analysis, requirements gathering.
- Collaborate with stakeholders as the trusted technology partner; translate business needs to technical teams.
- Triager production issues, drive resolution, and identify continuous improvements; build subject matter expertise in business and operational processes.
- Assist in technology strategy; identify market technologies to simplify work, gain insights, expand capabilities.
- Own / Lead / Facilitate business and solutions analysis, requirements documentation, solution design, QA, change management, and budget analysis on large projects.
- Maintain technical ownership of applications / systems and coordinate with engineering teams on issues (servers, integrations, security).
- Mentor less-experienced analysts and contribute to continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Experiences
Bachelor’s degree required; coursework / experience in Accounting / Finance, Business Admin / Operations, Business Information Systems, or Computer Science / Software Engineering.Proven leadership on medium to large technology projects; strong requirements elicitation, process analysis, and documentation skills.Proficiency in software development documentation (BRD, FSD, process flows, user stories) readable by business and developers; ability to create proposals and roadmaps with compelling narratives.Proficiency with Excel (pivot, macros, formulas), Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Miro, Project, SharePoint / Teams, Monday.com.Understanding of software design / architecture and development methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, DevOps); cloud development (AWS, Azure); systems integration.Experience eliciting requirements from diverse stakeholders and prioritizing enhancements; developing test plans and leading SIT / UAT; coordinating with support teams.Interest or experience in the entertainment industry (Theatrical distribution, campaign-based marketing, asset workflows).Preferred : 5+ years in Theatrical Distribution or a Media & Entertainment company; experience across business process analysis, design, technology assessment, documentation, budgeting, and ROI analyses; familiarity with Salesforce, UX tools, JIRA, SQL.Soft skills : curiosity, continuous learning, ownership, analytical thinking, communication, collaboration, design thinking, data analysis, and willingness to grow technically.How We Get Things Done

Compensation : Pay Range : $110,040.00 - $204,360.00 per year. Base pay is one component of total compensation; actual salaries vary by location, experience, and performance. Benefits include health insurance, wellness programs, retirement savings, and paid time off.
