Senior Project Manager / Delivery Leader – Land Surveying (Public Works)

Location : Ontario, Corona or Temecula, CA (Hybrid – Minimum 3 Days In-Office)

Compensation : $175,000 – $225,000 annually

CL Survey is a premier land surveying firm specializing in public works, transportation, and infrastructure projects throughout Southern California. We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager / Delivery Leader to oversee mapping operations and provide technical leadership across our Ontario and Corona offices. This individual will manage team members in both offices and may work primarily from either location.

Position Overview

The Senior Project Manager / Delivery Leader will provide senior oversight for all mapping deliverables originating from Temecula, Ontario and Corona offices. This role is responsible for ensuring quality, accuracy, schedule compliance, and budget performance by effectively managing and mentoring a team of Project Surveyors and Survey Technicians. The position combines leadership, technical expertise, and strong project delivery skills.

This role is hybrid but requires a minimum of 3 days per week in-office .

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Management

• Lead, mentor, and manage mapping staff across both Ontario and Corona offices.
• Oversee the production of all mapping deliverables, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and compliance with agency standards.
• Establish, maintain, and improve workflows, QA / QC protocols, and production standards.
• Support the career growth and technical development of project teams.
