Sales Performance Manager

HIGHLIGHTS

Location : Tukwila, WA

Position Type : Direct Hire

Hourly / Salary : Based on Experience ($140K - $180K annual salary + bonuses)

Residency Status : US Citizen or Green Card Holder ONLY

Our client is looking for a Sales Performance Manager to join their team!

Definition of Success :

The Sales Performance Manager's ultimate responsibility is to have a team of an agreed-on number of Business Development Sales Representatives (BDRs), (currently 6) closing a goal of 8 new accounts, and an average of 6, per month (currently an average total of 36)

Candidate Profile - Key Factors

Results :

  • Documented track record of continuous improvement sales performance coaching specifically including role playing and in-person field evaluations as well as pre and post call oral and written reviews
  • Exceptional ability to inspire Representatives and then hold them accountable for improving and rigorously executing proven processes and talking points and closing new business

  • Data-Driven Leader :

  • Uses CRM and performance dashboards to identify trends & gaps and coaches to achieving goals
  • Utilizes KPls like call volume, lead generation / qualification, appointment setting, and close rate
  • Tactical Coaching Style :

  • Provides real-time feedback including recordings of role play & in-person / onsite presentations
  • Coaches' reps on time management, opportunity costs, and probing for pain.
  • Preferred Experience & Background :

  • 3-5 years in sales leadership, preferably in high-volume transactional environments
  • Experience managing field-based or remote hunter sales teams
  • Proven track record of improving rep productivity and quota attainment
  • Expert with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales enablement tools
  • Technically savvy using various applications (Excel, CRM, Word, ERP Systems such as Syspro)
  • Committed to continuous learning
  • Requirements :

  • Full COVID Vaccination is required for employment
  • Our client operates in a smoke free environment
  • This is a full-time role in-office (not remote or hybrid) position at our corporate headquarters in Tukwila
