Position : Microsoft Dynamics 365 Systems Administrator (& Developer) Department : Technology

Reports To :  Sr. Director ERP Services

Open to either of the following : o 100% On-Site or Hybrid 3 days in Office / 2 Days Remote  For local (within 30 miles of work location)

Job Summary :

The Microsoft Dynamics 365 System Administrator primary responsibility will be to provide support for the system configuration, upgrade, security administration, change management, monitoring, auditing and integrations for Hampton Roads Transit’s Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations system components.

The Microsoft Dynamics 365 System Administrator will also be responsible for working with team to design, test and implement technical solutions to support needed integrations, reporting, forms, and customizations as defined by business requirements .

Essential Job Functions :

• Manage all levels of system administration support for all Dynamics 365 environments.

oManage release management and change management processes for Dynamics 365

oManage upgrade / update support.

oCoordinate and perform database refreshes.

oMonitor and communicate maintenance notifications.

oMonitor performance Dynamics 365 environments.

oDeploy and manage developer environments.

oAssist to maintain, and test system configurations and workflows.

oManage and maintain system integrations to other internal and external systems.

oAssist to maintain software licenses, user access and security roles.

oProvide as needed support for troubleshooting and remediation of technical issues.

oManage and coordinate with Microsoft through to resolution raised system issues.

oAssist with administrative support for other ERP systems.

oWork with functional and technical teams to understand and gather requirements to design and develop modifications and extensions to Microsoft Dynamics.

oUse of Microsoft Dynamics development and reporting tools to design, develop and test customizations, integrations, and reports.

oCreate requested documentation supporting system design, development, and testing.

Proficiency in using computer systems and the listed software applications associated with performance of assigned work is essential. Basic problem-solving skills associated with software applications used is expected. Software usage relevant to job duties will be evaluated.

BS in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Information Systems or Related Technical Field

Licenses or Certificates :

Possess a valid Driver's License. Acquire a Virginia Driver's License within 60 days after the date of hire (in instances when an out of state license is not the applicant's current state of residence).
