The community you'll be caring for : AdventHealth Polk

The role you'll contribute : Responsible for ensuring effective spiritual care to patients, families, and team members. This position evaluates spiritual needs and provides one-to-one, short-term spiritual support within the facility. Additionally, this role offers brief spiritual counsel and community referrals following comprehensive assessments. In addition, this position schedules chaplain resources to ensure 24 / 7 care and collaborates with community clergy and Certified Educators. Additionally, this role fosters a mission-driven culture that promotes love, joy, and peace within the hospital.
