Seeking an experienced Home Health LVN for an assignment in Napa Valley, CA, starting October 13. 8-hour day shifts, 1 : 1 ratio (up to 6 visits / day). Requires 1+ year skilled LVN experience and active BCLS. One weekend shift per contract, no on-call or floating. Locals within 50 miles accepted at same rate. Must have reliable transportation; travel may extend up to 50+ miles. Facility may call off one shift per pay period.

1+ Years of skilled LVN experience\nMust have Oasis experience\nHCHB is Required\nRequired BCLS certification.
