LocumJobsOnline is working with AAS Locum Tenens to find a qualified Obstetrics and Gynecology MD in Dallas, Texas, 75243!

About The Position

We are

seeking a Locums OBGYN Hospitalist Physician to provide 24-hour onsite coverage

at a busy women’s health facility in Dallas, Texas. This role includes

full-scope obstetric and gynecologic hospitalist services, including

consultations, admissions, and procedures.

Assignment

Details :

Coverage : 24-hour onsite

coverage of all OBGYN facility consultations and procedures

Program : Project Sonoma

OBHM coverage for Envoy staffing and open shifts

Patient Volume : Approximately

62 patients

EMR : eClinicalWorks

(eCW)

Responsibilities :

Provide 24-hour inpatient OBGYN

hospitalist coverage

Manage obstetric emergencies and

perform deliveries (vaginal and C-section)

Perform gynecologic surgeries and

inpatient consults as needed

Collaborate with nursing,

anesthesia, and medical staff to ensure high-quality, patient-centered

care

Document patient encounters

accurately in the EMR system (eCW)

Support seamless transitions of

care and adherence to facility protocols

Requirements :

Board Certification in Obstetrics

and Gynecology

  • Active Texas medical license

Current BLS, ACLS, and NRP

certifications

Prior hospitalist or labor &

delivery experience preferred

Strong interpersonal and clinical

decision-making skills
