Machine Operator / General Labor

SmartTalent has multiple openings for Machine Operators / General labor for one of North America’s largest post-tension companies in Marysville.Ideal candidates will have previous machine operation, construction, or manufacturing.

LOCATION : Marysville, WA

PAY : $21-$22

SCHEDULE : Monday – Friday 6am – 330pm

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Operate and maintain equipment used in the post-tensioning process, including cutting, stressing, and fabrication machines.
• Handle and prepare materials such as cables, anchors, and concrete reinforcement components.
• Assist with loading and unloading materials, ensuring proper storage and organization.
• Follow safety protocols and company procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
• Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on machinery and tools.
• Work as part of a team to complete projects efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area.
• Support additional labor tasks as needed in the production process.
