Job description
A company is looking for a Pharmacy Technician for remote work in Texas.
Key Responsibilities :
Support clinical pharmacy programs by completing prior authorization questions for providers
Review patient charts and conduct outreach to obtain necessary documentation
Monitor and address inbox and phone calls related to prior authorization cases
Required Qualifications :
High School diploma or GED
Minimum of 6 months experience in pharmacy, call center, or customer service
Must be a TSBP Registered Pharmacy Technician
Experience with prior authorizations is preferred
Availability to work Monday to Friday from 8 : 30 AM to 5 : 30 PM CST
