Customer Care Representative (BDC)

Pete's RV Center is looking for enthusiastic Customer Care Representatives (BDC) to join our dedicated team in Florence, KY. Our state-of-the-art RV Development Center is committed to providing exceptional service and support to our customers, and we need dedicated individuals who are passionate about helping others.

As a Customer Care Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, addressing inquiries, managing bookings, and providing top-notch assistance. Join us in creating a welcoming and productive environment!

Requirements

• Excellent phone communication skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Mature, dependable, and punctual.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of Excel and data entry processes.
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
• Energetic personality with a desire to excel in the role.

Additional Information:

• Immediate and ongoing training provided.
• Hourly wage plus commission.
• Full-time position, onsite. No remote work available.
