Position : Full Time or Part Time.

Location : Bricktown Brewery - Bartlesville, OK.

Compensation : $14 - $16 per hour, dependent on experience.

As a Cook / Kitchen Prep person, you will be responsible for :

• Using the correct tools and equipment to prepare all items.
• Following Bricktown Brewery recipes and specifications for each menu item.
• Prepare and cook a variety of quality dishes, following Bricktown Brewery’s recipes and standards.
• Ensure food is cooked to order with consistent flavor, presentation, and portioning.
• Assist with prepping ingredients, stocking kitchen supplies, and maintaining inventory as-needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
