Studio Lourdes seeks a highly motivated Designer possessing background knowledge in retail, hospitality, and workplace interior projects. Candidate is required to have a minimum of 7 years of experience in the field and able to provide a portfolio showcasing innovative design concepts.

The Role

This is your opportunity to work across a range of creative projects for valuable and notable brands within a vibrant and friendly community. The Designer will be responsible for :

• Coordination of the design development for projects of variable scale
• Comfortably taking the lead on programming requirements with the client, creating mood boards, 3-D modeling, Photoshop renderings, CAD drawings, image research, material selections, furniture & lighting selections, test-fits, space planning, and development of presentations
• Engagingly and persuasively presenting work internally and externally
• Collaboration with consultants and client’s consultants to ensure high standards of deliverables
• Attending site meetings during the construction phase to ensure design intent is achieved
• Providing creative guidance and mentorship to junior staff
• Effectively and efficiently delegating tasks
• Designing to a budget
