Position Overview
We are seeking Pharmacy Technicians – Phone Support to join our growing specialty pharmacy team . This is a patient-facing, onsite role responsible for providing high-quality phone support to oncology patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers. Technicians will handle inbound calls, coordinate deliveries, and resolve inquiries efficiently to ensure each patient receives timely and accurate care.
