The Position- Service Team Member

Expectations

The Service Team Member is expected to be reliable, follow all company policies and show consistency in their work. As the face of the company, it is imperative that the Service Team Member show-up ready to work and always act with a professional manner while on duty.

• The Service Team Member laborer will be a self-starter, will take initiative and needs little supervision.
• Not afraid of hard work and satisfied in a job well done
• Self-confident & coachable
• Dependable and consistent to show up each night or communicate if unable to.
• Unwavering work ethic, integrity and sense of accountability.
• This work is physically demanding. Experience or backgrounds in the military, landscaping, waste work or construction fields are well suited, School teachers or coaches or first responders are also well-suited for this position.

Duties & Responsibilities

The Service Team Member laborer is responsible for nightly door-to-door collection of trash and recycling items within assigned apartment communities.
