Position Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Contracting Officer to join our mission-driven team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating both commercial and government contracts, while managing the full contract lifecycle. This role also includes oversight of Contracting Officer Representatives (CORs) to ensure compliance and performance.

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced contracts professional to apply their expertise in a global, operationally significant environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, negotiate, and review a wide range of commercial and government contracts to ensure clarity, compliance, and alignment with organizational objectives.
• Oversee the full contract lifecycle from initiation through execution, modification, and closeout.
• Supervise and support Contracting Officer Representatives (CORs) in monitoring and enforcing contract performance.
• Ensure adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Partner with business development teams to shape contract strategies and assess risks during proposals.
• Collaborate with legal, procurement, and operational teams to align contract terms with delivery requirements.
• Provide mentorship and training to junior contracting staff as applicable.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract documentation and records.
