MSK Radiologist - Saint Luke's - Kansas City, MO

Saint Lukes Physician Group is seeking a BC / BE MSK radiologist for a full-time faculty appointment within our subspecialty radiology practice at Saint Lukes Health System in Kansas City, MO.

We provide patient care across the greater Kansas City area, partnering with a diverse network of referring cliniciansincluding leading orthopedic and sports medicine groups, as well as high-volume primary care and rheumatology practices; our team also supports two busy emergency departments and inpatient services, contributing to a broad and impactful clinical presence

Clinical responsibilities include interpreting musculoskeletal imaging across a broad spectrum of modalities, such as radiographs, ultrasound, nuclear medicine (bone scans), CT, and MRI; our practice stands out as one of the few in the area providing an extensive array of diagnostic musculoskeletal ultrasound exams

In addition, we perform a wide range of image-guided MSK proceduresprimarily using fluoroscopy and ultrasoundsuch as arthrograms, joint aspirations, and soft tissue or intra-articular injections

Work daytime shifts primarily within the community radiology section with opportunity to concentrate on musculoskeletal (MSK) imaging

Optional responsibility to read general thoracic, abdominal, or neuro studies based on individual comfort level, with no breast imaging required

Partner with an independent teleradiology service that handles interpretive work after 5 pm on weekdays and after 3 pm on weekends; no evening or overnight shifts required

Utilize state-of-the-art facilities across all imaging modalities including radiography, ultrasound, nuclear medicine, GE and Philips MRI systems (five total, including one 3 Tesla magnet); access advanced GE CT technology to support high-quality imaging and diagnostic capabilities

The position can include an academic appointment with our academic affiliate, University of Missouri-Kansas City (UMKC)

Requirements : ABR BC / BE, successful completion of an ACGME accredited diagnostic radiology residency and must have completed or be in the process of completing an ACGME accredited MSK fellowship
