Position Overview : We are looking for an experienced Assistant Housekeeping Manager to oversee and lead our housekeeping department. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented professional with excellent organizational and leadership skills. As the Assistant Housekeeping Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining high cleanliness standards, managing a team of housekeeping staff, and ensuring the overall comfort and satisfaction of our guests.
Key Responsibilities :
Develop and implement housekeeping policies and procedures.
Recruit, train, and supervise housekeeping staff.
Schedule and assign cleaning tasks to ensure efficient operations.
Inspect guest rooms and public areas to maintain cleanliness and appearance.
Order and manage inventory for cleaning supplies and amenities.
Handle guest requests and complaints promptly and effectively.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Maintain budgetary control over the housekeeping department.
