Position : RN-Rehab (Travel / Contract)
We're hiring experienced RN-Rehab for a 13-week contract in Evansville, Indiana — earn up to ($1875 - $1973 per week) while providing essential care at a leading facility. Most candidates will need to have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty.

Responsibilities
Provide high-quality patient care in a rehabilitation setting.
Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop patient treatment plans.
Participate in ongoing professional development and training.
Assist in achieving departmental targets and goals.
Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed.
Educate patients and families on rehabilitation processes and goals.
Utilize data to track patient outcomes and improve care strategies.
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members.
Document patient care activities and outcomes accurately.
Adhere to safety and infection control protocols.
Foster a positive and supportive environment for patients.
Engage in performance evaluations and feedback sessions.
Experience / Qualifications
Current RN license in Indiana with experience in rehabilitation nursing.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and training.
Strong communication skills for effective patient and team interactions.
Ability to monitor patient progress and adjust care plans accordingly.
Knowledge of safety and infection control protocols.
Experience in developing and implementing patient treatment plans.
Proficient in documenting patient care activities accurately.
Ability to foster a supportive and positive environment for patients.
Familiarity with data tracking to enhance patient outcomes.
Experience in performance evaluations and providing constructive feedback.
