Senior Structural Restoration Engineer (8+ Years Experience)

A dynamic and steadily growing engineering consultancy is seeking an experienced Senior Structural Restoration Engineer to join their expanding team in New Jersey. With a current team of around 40 professionals and consistent year-on-year growth for the past 15 years, this is a rare opportunity for an established engineer to step into a leadership role with significant potential for advancement.

🔧 What You'll Do :

Lead and manage complex structural restoration and rehabilitation projects across commercial, industrial, and infrastructure sectors.
Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering technical growth and knowledge sharing.
Oversee forensic engineering investigations, structural assessments, and the development of innovative repair solutions.
Collaborate closely with clients, architects, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, cost-effective outcomes.
Contribute to business development and help shape the future direction of the restoration group.

🎯 What We're Looking For :

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.

8+ years of experience in structural restoration, rehabilitation, or forensic engineering.

Proven leadership skills and a passion for mentoring and developing others.

Strong technical expertise in restoration methods, materials, and project delivery.

Excellent communication, client management, and problem-solving abilities.

Professional Engineering (PE) license required.
