The Floor Supervisor oversees daily operations on the floor, ensuring smooth service, staff productivity, and an excellent guest experience. This role acts as the link between management and front-line employees, providing guidance, support, and accountability while maintaining high standards of service, cleanliness, and safety.
Key Responsibilities :
Supervise, train, and support front-line staff during shifts.
Monitor service flow to ensure efficiency and excellent guest satisfaction.
Address and resolve guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
Assist with floor operations including seating, service, and coordination with kitchen / bar staff.
Enforce company policies, service standards, and health & safety regulations.
Manage shift schedules, breaks, and staff coverage as needed.
Conduct pre-shift meetings to communicate priorities, promotions, or service expectations.
Support onboarding and ongoing training of team members.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Report operational issues, staff performance, and guest feedback to management.
Qualifications :
Previous supervisory or lead experience in hospitality, retail, or customer service preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
High attention to detail with a focus on guest satisfaction.
Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
