• Case Mix : General EM; Ortho, GI, Telepsych, Teleneuro, Telenephrology FACILITY INFORMATION
• No. of Beds in Department : 15 ED beds 2 Fast Track
• EMR System : Epic
• Specialty Backup Available : Ortho, GI, Telepsych, Telenephrology, Teleneuro
• Support Staff Available : MDs, NPs / PAs
• Reason for Coverage : Multi-site staffing expansion across 5 facilities
• Facility Sites : Marshall, Kilgore (others open later, e.g., Henderson) PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE
• Hospital Privileges Required : Yes
• Temporary Privileges Available : Yes (60 day process)

• Licenses : Active Texas license required
• Board : ABEM required for Marshall
• DEA : Active DEA Certification
• BLS, ACLS, ATLS, PALS Certifications : Not required for ABEM
• BLS, ACLS, ATLS, PALS : FM / IM
• Experience : EM Residency required at Marshall
• Other Qualifications : Proficiency in Epic preferred (EPIC test out available) DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide emergency care to diverse patient population
• Work across 12-hour or 8-hour shift structures
• Coordinate with specialty backup and support staff
• Utilize EPIC for patient charting and orders
• Participate in onboarding and 12-hour shadowing orientation
