Salary: $33.05/hr. - $36.72/hr. DOE + Full 1199 Union Benefits

The Jamaica Hospital Nursing Home is seeking dedicated LPNs to provide hands-on care to our residents. Join our team and make a direct impact on patient well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized care plans with nursing leadership
• Serve as nurse in charge when assigned
• Assist residents with daily activities, including eating, bathing, and mobility
• Transcribe, update, and administer treatment and medication orders
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses in medical records
• Participate in unit-based Quality Assurance initiatives

• Advocate for patient needs and safety

Requirements

• Accredited LPN degree/certification
• Previous LPN experience, preferably in geriatrics
• BLS Certification (AHA)
• Knowledge of Sigma Care (a plus)
