Local Contract Nurse RN - Manager - $80-82 per hour

LanceSoft is seeking a local contract nurse RN Manager for a local contract nursing job in King City, California. Job Description & Requirements Specialty : Manager Discipline : RN Start Date : 12 / 22 / 2025 Duration : 52 weeks 40 hours per week Shift : 8 hours, days Employment Type : Local Contract QUALIFICATIONS Education :

• Graduate of Accredited School of Nursing – Required;;
• Bachelor degree or equivalent - Required;; Work Experience :
• Minimum of (5) years RN experience, including a minimum of 2 years as a circulating RN in surgery – Required;;
• One year Post anesthesia care experience - Preferred;;
• Previous leadership, supervisory or management experience - Preferred;; Licensing Requirements :
• Current California RN license - Required;;
• Current AHA BLS - Required;;
• Current AHA ACLS - Required;;
• Current AHA PALS - Required;; Skill Requirements :
• Maintains composure while recognizing the need for immediate response to true emergencies.
• Ability to identify and evaluate problems in the surgical department and to implement short-term and long-term solutions. Physical Demands :
• Must be able to sit and stand / walk for up to 4hours or more per day.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 35 pounds 3 to 4 hours per day.
• Moderate exposure to hazardous waste and chemicals. Special Demands :
• Ability to supervise and work cooperatively with others.
• Must be able to delegate duties and maintain efficient standards of operations. Special Considerations :
