About the Role
We are seeking a skilled LMS / LXP Administrator & Instructional Designer to join our client’s team in the powersports and manufacturing industry. This role combines technical expertise with creative instructional design to deliver impactful learning experiences for internal employees and a global supplier network. You will manage and optimize online learning platforms while designing engaging eLearning content that drives knowledge, productivity, and engagement.
Job Description
- As an LMS / LXP Administrator & Instructional Designer, you will : Configure, manage, and maintain learning platforms for supplier and employee training.
- Act as a technical subject matter expert for learning systems and integrations.
- Develop and implement eLearning courses and training materials for internal teams and external partners.
- Lead projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
- Collaborate with business unit leaders and subject matter experts to create effective curriculum structures.
- Monitor and analyze training metrics to improve learning experiences.
- Key Responsibilities : Project Management : Scope, prioritize, and implement projects; apply continuous improvement tools; deliver user communications.
- LMS Administration : Manage user accounts, upload content, configure settings, troubleshoot issues, and provide learner support.
- Instructional Design : Create engaging eLearning content using tools like Articulate 360 and Adobe Captivate; develop objectives and evaluation criteria; ensure seamless integration with LMS / LXP platforms.
Qualifications
Required : Bachelor’s degree in instructional design, educational technology, computer science, or related field (or equivalent experience).Minimum 3 years of experience in LMS administration and instructional design.Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.Proficiency in eLearning tools (Articulate 360, Rise) and LMS platforms.Working knowledge of SCORM / xAPI standards and Microsoft Suite.Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively.Preferred : Experience with Latitude Learning, Workday Learning, or Degreed.Corporate training and development background.Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud (Captivate, Illustrator, Photoshop).UX / UI design experience and basic HTML / CSS / JavaScript knowledge.Powersports or supply chain industry experience.Knowledge of Microsoft Power BI and Power Automate.Benefits
