Summary :
This Senior Compensation Partner role offers the opportunity to influence and execute global compensation strategies in a dynamic, high-impact environment. Acting as a subject matter expert, this individual contributor role will support both HR and business leaders with compensation design, benchmarking, and analysis across salaried roles. This role is critical to maintaining competitive, compliant, and future-focused pay practices that support talent attraction and retention during a time of organizational growth and change.

Responsibilities :
- Execute and support strategic compensation programs globally, including base pay, short-term incentives, and annual compensation review cycles.
- Provide market analysis, benchmarking, and job evaluations to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.
- Partner closely with HR and business leaders to address compensation-related challenges including attraction, retention, pay equity, job leveling, and market competitiveness.
- Participate in the design and communication of short-term incentive programs that align with business performance and market standards.
- Contribute to workforce planning discussions by providing compensation insights that inform talent strategies and hiring decisions.
- Deliver clear, effective training and communications to stakeholders on compensation programs and practices.
- Ensure compensation programs are administered in compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
- Lead compensation reporting and data analysis to ensure accuracy, integrity, and actionable insights.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, or related field3–5 years of progressive compensation experience, preferably in a publicly traded or global companyDemonstrated experience in market pricing, job evaluation, and compensation administrationStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage large data sets and compensation metricsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and educate stakeholders across levels and functionsExperience with compensation-related systems, reporting tools, and survey platformsManufacturing industry experience strongly preferred
