Your Role and Responsibilities

As a Mental Health Therapist at SonderMind, you will :

Provide compassionate therapeutic services to clients.
Utilize both in-person and telehealth sessions to meet client needs.

Requirements

To thrive in this role, you should have :

A Master's degree or higher in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field.

A full license from the State Board to provide therapy independently (e.g., LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LCPC, LCSW-C, LISW, or LP).

Compensation

Pay : $86-$110 per hour, based on provider license type, session location, and session types.

Please note that while SonderMind does not provide office space, we can assist you in connecting with other therapists looking to share space for in-person sessions.
