As a Security Professional - Retail Mall Patrol Driver in Mililani, HI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail / Malls, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will help to deter security-related incidents by conducting routine patrols throughout a retail or mall location. Your visible presence and strong communication skills will contribute to a welcoming environment for guests and tenants. This is a driving post, where you will be responsible for monitoring assigned areas and providing exceptional customer service. Monday 01 : 00 PM - 09 : 00 PM

Tuesday 01 : 00 PM - 09 : 00 PM

Wednesday 01 : 00 PM - 09 : 00 PM

Friday 09 : 00 PM - 05 : 00 AM

Saturday 09 : 00 PM - 05 : 00 AM

What You'll Do :

  • Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
  • Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
  • Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
  • Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
  • Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities :

  • Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and respond to emergency situations as appropriate.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail or mall location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity.
  • Observe and report any suspicious or unusual activity during patrols within the location.
  • Assist visitors, tenants, and staff with directions and general inquiries while maintaining a professional presence.
  • Collaborate with local law enforcement or emergency responders as needed during incidents at the location.
  • Complete detailed and accurate reports regarding incidents, observations, and activities during each shift.

    • Minimum Requirements :

  • A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • A state, county, or city issued security-related license is preferred.
  • This position is primarily a driving post and is preferred for candidates with driving experience.
  • Comfort with using a computer or tablet is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
