Staff Accountant

This is an exciting opportunity for a Junior level candidate to join and support a seasoned team.

Responsibilities

• Interacts with clients on a frequent basis (i.e. daily, weekly or monthly), as needed under the scope of each engagement
• Responds timely to client inquiries
• Keeps the Supervising Senior, Manager, Director and / or Partner informed of any developments or issues on client accounts
• Timely performs assigned recurring accounting duties in accordance with engagement scope. These can include but are not limited to : (a) posting accounts payable or accounts receivable transactions, (b) paying vendor and expenses due, and (c) depositing checks and ensuring all bank transactions are properly recorded

Qualifications & Requirements

$32 - $36 an hour
