Location : Mountain View Nursing and Rehab

Pay : $30–$34 per hour (based on experience)

Position Summary :

We are seeking a reliable and caring Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our nursing team. The LPN will provide direct resident care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) and in accordance with facility policies, state, and federal regulations.

Responsibilities :

• Provide nursing care and administer medications as prescribed.
• Monitor and record residents’ vital signs, progress, and changes in condition.
• Assist physicians and RNs in treatments and care planning.
• Ensure accurate documentation in electronic medical records.
• Respond promptly to resident needs and emergencies.
• Maintain infection control and safety standards.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary team.
