Before we opened Strive Pharmacy we were unsatisfied with the current state of the pharmaceutical industry. Most of the current pharmaceuticals only offer a one size fits all approach and often come with unwanted and potentially dangerous side effects. We found that through compounding we can offer a much more personalized solution to medicine.

Through this we have been able to help patients get the results they are seeking for their personal needs. After years of working for corporate chains we took the risk and opened Strive Pharmacy. Position Type : Full-Time

Salary : $130,000 - $140,000 + commission

Position Overview :

As a Business Development Account Executive at Strive Pharmacy, you will lead the charge in driving growth with our largest and most strategic accounts. This is a top-tier sales role focused on enterprise-level deals, business development, and expanding Strive's footprint into new markets. You will identify, cultivate, and secure high-value , national partnerships while building long-term relationships with key decision-makers. Your strategic thinking, consultative approach, and ability to navigate complex accounts will directly contribute to Strive's national growth and market leadership.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Enterprise Market Expansion : Strategically identify and pursue opportunities focusing on high-value national partnerships.
  • Top-Tier Account Development : Drive expansion of Strive's largest accounts, establishing strong, long-term partnerships.
  • Strategic Relationship Building : Cultivate relationships with executives and key stakeholders, positioning Strive Pharmacy as the trusted partner of choice.
  • Consultative Selling : Assess client needs and present tailored solutions that demonstrate the full value of Strive's offerings.
  • Revenue Growth & Sales Targets : Achieve and exceed ambitious sales goals and KPIs, contributing to business growth and national market presence.
  • Market Insights & Competitive Analysis : Stay ahead of industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities to inform strategic sales decisions.
  • CRM & Pipeline Management : Maintain accurate records, track opportunities, and manage sales pipeline using CRM our tool.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner with internal teams including CSMs, pharmacy operations, marketing, and product development to provide insights, optimize offerings, and ensure seamless client experiences.
  • Presentations & Negotiations : Lead executive-level presentations and negotiations, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes for strategic partnerships.

Qualifications :

  • Minimum of 5 years of successful sales experience in enterprise B2B environments. [In pharmaceuticals, medical devices, healthcare technology if possible].
  • A valuable contributor to our Business Development team's incredible culture.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving substantial business growth with large accounts.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to navigate complex accounts and new markets with regulatory awareness.
  • Experience with CRM platforms like HubSpot is highly desirable.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and passionate about trail blazing.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred, but not required.
  • Annual Salary

    $130,000—$140,000 USD
