We're hiring a Senior Maintenance Technician for our Maxton, NC location. If you're a hands-on leader with maintenance experience, this is your opportunity to grow with a fast-paced, forward-thinking team.

What You’ll Do :

Equipment

Visually inspects and tests machinery and equipment.

Listens for unusual sounds from machines or equipment to detect malfunction and discuss machine operation variation with supervisors or other maintenance workers to diagnose problem or repair machine.

Dismantles defective machines and equipment and installs new or repaired parts.

Facility

Repairs and maintains physical structure of establishment.

Demonstrates exceptional ability to operate cutting torch or welding equipment safely and effectively in most situations, including those that involve high risk or complications.

Electrical

Installs and repairs electrical apparatus, such as transformers and wiring, and electrical and electronic components of machinery and equipment when properly certified.

Reviews production, food safety and quality records, and maintenance reports to perform maintenance activities.

What You Bring :

High school diploma or GED preferred. If neither, must pass Basic Skills Test

Minimum 5 years maintenance experience required

Minimum 3 years electrical experience and 2 years welding experience preferred.
