Position : Sales Team Member

Location : Moneta, VA

The Susan Balderson State Farm Agency in Moneta is growing and were looking for a motivated, coachable, and goal-driven professional to join our sales team!

What Youll Do

Build strong relationships with prospective and current customers

Educate clients on insurance options that fit their needs and budget

Reach sales goals with guidance, accountability, and encouragement from leadership

Follow up on leads and maintain accurate customer records

Participate in training and development to keep growing your skills

What Were Looking For

Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn

Excellent communication and people skills

Sales, customer service, or insurance experience is a plus (but not required)

Must be able to obtain a Property & Casualty and / or Life & Health license (well help you through it!)

Self-motivated and proactive problem-solver
