We’re searching for a  Senior Field Service Technician  to join our growing Field Operations team and play a key role in driving our vision forward.

As a S enior Field Service Technician , you will be at the heart of our customer success and operational excellence, providing hands-on technical expertise to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair cutting-edge public transit Mobile Video System equipment.

Your work ensures safety, reliability, and performance across transit bus fleets.

You’ll :

• What You’ll Do Conduct on-site service visits to perform preventative maintenance, diagnostics, and corrective repairs on transit system buses equipped with mobile video and electronic systems.
• Troubleshoot electrical and electronic components , including wiring harnesses, connectors, fuses, relays, and circuit boards, using multimeters, oscilloscopes, and other diagnostic tools.
• Perform mechanical and electrical installations for retrofits and system upgrades, including routing cables, terminating connectors, and mounting hardware.
• Identify and resolve equipment malfunctions by isolating faults, replacing defective components, and verifying system performance through functional testing.
• Collaborate with manufacturers and field personnel to escalate complex issues, interpret technical documentation, and implement corrective actions.
• Document service activities including wiring changes, part replacements, and troubleshooting steps to ensure accurate service records and compliance with customer standards.

Travel occasionally within the U.S. to support retrofits, new system startups, and advanced troubleshooting projects What You’ll Bring to the Team :
