Currently hiring for a Residential HVAC Service Dispatcher in Gastonia, NC. The ideal HVAC Service Dispatcher is organized, customer-focused, and passionate about delivering exceptional service. Pay is $18 - $24 based on skill set and level of experience

HVAC Service Dispatcher Key Responsibilities :

• Act as the primary contact for residential customers, managing calls, updating records, scheduling appointments, and follow-ups
• Coordinate technician schedules, job proposals, and paperwork
• Answer incoming calls, book service and repair appointments, and schedule maintenance or warranty visits
• Track service calls to ensure timely and satisfactory customer service
• Communicate any delays or issues to customers
• Create service tickets and manage parts orders
• Perform additional duties as needed

Residential HVAC Service Dispatcher Qualifications :

1+ year of customer service and dispatching experience, preferably in the HVAC industry

Proficiency with scheduling software, spreadsheets, databases, and word processing

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Accurate data entry skills

Customer-focused attitude

Self-motivated with strong work ethic

Team player with diplomacy and tact

Demonstrates integrity and professionalism
