Job Description As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in our Home Health program, you’ll serve as a trusted advocate and care partner for patients facing a wide range of health challenges. Working closely with Case Managers and interdisciplinary care teams, you’ll help patients understand their treatment options and support them in making informed decisions that align with their unique needs and goals. Minimum Qualifications Graduate of an accredited nursing program Active state LPN license, CPR certification, valid driver’s license Current physical exam and TB test Strong clinical, communication, and problem-solving skills Compassionate attitude toward caring for the sick and elderly Ability to follow directions, read, and write Home health and OASIS experience preferred Physical Requirements Location : Intermountain Health Home Services - Home Health at Silverado Ranch Work City Las Vegas Work State Nevada Scheduled Weekly Hours 40 The hourly range for this position is listed below.
