The Role

CDL Nuclear Technologies is seeking a dynamic and strategic Director of Marketing to lead the development and execution of marketing strategies with a particular focus on the hospital segment. This role is critical to driving awareness, engagement, and growth in an underpenetrated yet highly strategic market segment.

The ideal candidate will bring strong commercial acumen, an analytical mindset, and a proven track record of developing effective go-to-market strategies. You will collaborate cross-functionally to shape messaging, refine customer targeting, secure early wins, and influence the trajectory of CDL's growth in the hospital channel.

Responsibilities :

Market Strategy & Positioning

• Develop and own the marketing strategy for the hospital segment, ensuring alignment with CDL Nuclear Technologies' overarching commercial objectives.
• Leverage market research, stakeholder interviews, and healthcare industry trends to deeply understand hospital decision-making processes and unmet needs.
• Define and articulate compelling value propositions tailored to hospital administrators, cardiologists, radiologists, and procurement stakeholders.
• Partner with sales leadership to identify high-priority geographies, service lines, and customer profiles within the hospital segment.
