Were hiring a motivated and experienced Team Leader to join our award-winning team at Gardens of Babylon ! You'll be leading residential and commercial landscape and masonry projects that transform outdoor spaces all while keeping safety and customer satisfaction top of mind.

What Youll Do :

• Create some of the most incredible outdoor living spaces in Nashville!
• Supervise and lead a crew on landscape / hardscape projects
• Plan projects to be completed safely, efficiently, and on budget
• Communicate clearly with clients and team members
• Install natural stone, brick, block, outdoor kitchens, fire pits & more!
• Load / unload trucks daily and maintain a clean work area
