Lead Change Release Analyst

A company is looking for a Lead Change, Release and Deployment Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

Oversees the change management process and release of updates to technical systems

Coordinates, plans, schedules, and implements changes and releases from initiation through delivery

Collaborates with IT change and release manager to enhance change management processes and conducts regular audits

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field or equivalent experience

5 - 7 years of related experience in change and release management

Knowledge of ITIL change management and IT Service Management (ITSM) systems

Experience with project management and compliance best practices

Familiarity with release management processes and tools
