Job descriptionKey Responsibilities : Perform general repairs and maintenance tasks in residential and commercial properties. Conduct basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and drywall work as needed. Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues promptly and efficiently. Assist with remodeling projects, including kitchen and bathroom renovations. Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on buildings and equipment. Provide excellent customer service, responding to client inquiries and concerns. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring tools and materials are properly stored. Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations to ensure a safe working environment. Document work completed and provide regular updates to management as necessary. Qualifications : Proven experience as a Handyman or in a similar role. Strong knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance. Proficiency in using hand and power tools. Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Physical Requirements : Capable of standing, bending, and kneeling for extended periods.
