The Director of Critical Care Transitions & Education (CCLE) is a dual-impact leader who serves as both a hospital-facing clinical liaison and an internal educator focused on Critical Care Transitions (CCT). This role ensures every referral-to-admission process meets the highest safety and quality standards, while equipping nurses across the organization with the skills and confidence to deliver exceptional care at home
This RN leader is the respected pediatric critical care expert within hospital systems—guiding families and medical teams through safe discharges and continuity of care.
