Procedures and Documentation :Discharge summaries and medication reconciliation
Clinical staffing and care plan meetingsWeekly care plan documentationPre-admission screening review and documentation per CMS guidelinesPrescribing narcoticsPerforming PAPE / H&PSpecialized procedures for stroke, amputations, and traumatic brain injury (TBI)Facility and Support
