Construction Carpenter

Engage in new construction, renovations, and remodels of residential and commercial properties.

Responsibilities

Perform residential and commercial new construction, renovations, and remodels.

Follow safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

Use and maintain various tools and equipment as needed.

Perform general framing, wood framing for both exterior and interior structures.

Install interior trim, cabinets, and countertops.

Build decks, install flooring, and conduct interior / exterior door installations.

Install windows, siding, and roofing.

Essential Skills

Proficiency in construction and carpentry.

Experience in framing and finish carpentry.

Ability to work with drywall and rough carpentry.

Experience with siding and roofing.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $79040.00 / yr.
