Job description

Artemis Healthcare Partners is seeking a dedicated and passionate professional to join our client's team!

Position Name : Clinical Program Manager

Location : Clovis, CA

Employment Type : Direct-Hire & Permanent

Setting : Residential

Pay : $100k-$125k + $10k sign-on bonus (depending on education / experience for licensed therapist)

Shift : Full-Time | Normal Business Hours

Qualifications : Required :

  • Masters / Doctorate Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or similar.
  • CA LMFT, LPCC, LCSW, or PhD / PsyD License.
  • 2+ years Clinical Supervision experience.
  • 3+ years experience in residential or acute behavioral health settings.
  • Deep knowledge of trauma-informed practices, therapeutic milieu management, co-occurring conditions, case formulation, and developing and implementing effective treatment plans in collaboration with internal and external care teams.
  • Proven background in overseeing program operations, including staff coordination, scheduling, and adherence to regulatory and organizational standards.
  • Highly organized and skilled in communication, collaboration, and critical problem-solving.

Preferred :

  • Experience in adolescent residential setting.

    • Job Summary :

  • Oversee daily operations of a 6-bed residential program, ensuring a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment.
  • Coordinate admissions, discharges, and client transitions in collaboration with clinical leadership to ensure continuity of care.
  • Serve as the point of escalation for client, family, or operational concerns, resolving issues promptly and effectively.
  • Maintain compliance with all licensing, accreditation, and organizational requirements.
  • Carry a small clinical caseload, providing individual and family therapy sessions weekly.
  • Facilitate group therapy sessions and supervise associate therapists to ensure high-quality clinical care.
  • Partner with the Clinical Director and Care Coordinator Manager on hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and training of staff.
  • Lead daily huddles and weekly team meetings to align staff on treatment priorities and program goals.
  • Monitor documentation, staff practices, and program operations to maintain audit readiness and regulatory compliance.
  • Participate in utilization review and on-call rotation to support program efficiency and client outcomes.
