Job description

Job Description :

  • Innovative  is hiring an  experienced Buckhoist Operator  for a construction project.
  • We’re looking for a dependable professional with a proven track record of safely and efficiently operating buckhoists in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities :

  • Operate buckhoist to transport personnel and materials between floors.
  • Conduct daily equipment inspections and report any mechanical issues.
  • Coordinate with site supervisors and trades to ensure smooth operations.
  • Enforce and follow all safety protocols and site procedures.
  • Maintain a clean and organized hoist area.

    • Requirements :

  • Minimum 1 year of experience  operating a buckhoist on active construction sites.
  • OSHA 10 certification preferred.
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused.

    • Location / Salary :

  • Project Site is Located Downtown Cincinnati.
  • Pay $20hr 40hrs at least a week could be more if overtime is required.
  • Start time  6am end time will be discussed with onsite manager.

    • Immediate Start :

  • Looking to speak with someone with experience and get them started 8 / 28 / 25.
