Key Responsibilities
Conduct detailed process analysis to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for automation
Design optimized digital workflows ensuring alignment with business requirements
Collaborate with stakeholders to support change management and ensure smooth implementation of workflows
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, business process management, or related field
3+ years of experience in process improvement and workflow automation
Familiarity with Lean Six-Sigma or similar methodologies
Experience with digital tools and platforms (e.g., SharePoint, ServiceNow, Power Automate)
