Do you have a sharp nose for precision and a passion for fragrance creation? We are looking for a Lab Tech / Compounding Technician to join a fragrance manufacturing team and help bring signature scents to life. This is a hands-on role where you'll blend creativity with technical skill, supporting every step of our production process from raw material prep to finished fragrance.

What You'll Do

• Blend and Create : Accurately weigh, measure, and mix raw materials and essential oils following formulas and batch sheets.
• Operate Equipment : Work with mixing tanks, scales, pumps, and other production equipment while keeping everything clean and calibrated.
• Stay Safe : Follow all company safety protocols, handle materials responsibly, and wear the required PPE.
• Stay Organized : Maintain inventory of raw materials, report shortages, and ensure everything is labeled and stored properly.
• Collaborate : Partner with quality control and production teams to ensure consistency, quality, and efficiency across all fragrance batches.
