You will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing nursing care for your assigned patients on a shift-by-shift basis. Your role will include supervising staff and ensuring compliance with safe and effective nursing practice, promoting high-quality care aligned with the standards of the State of Tennessee Board of Nursing.\n\nKey Responsibilities : \n
- Deliver age-appropriate nursing care to patients.\n
- Evaluate the effectiveness of nursing interventions.\n
- Support the Chief Nursing Officer in maintaining high standards of nursing practice.\n
- Ensure optimal resource management related to patient care.\n\nQualifications : \n\nEducation : RN with current applicable state licensure / permit. Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing. Preferred : Bachelor's or Master's degree in nursing.\n\nCertifications : \n
- BLS Certification required upon hire.\n
- ACLS required within 3 months of hire.\n
- CPI required within 3 months of hire for relevant departments.\n
